Delete your BibleTales Reader account

You can delete your Reader account without installing or opening the app. First, verify that you own its email address. Then confirm permanent deletion.

1. Verify your email

Use the email you registered in the Reader. Do not send us your password.

2. Confirm permanent deletion

After you request a code, enter the eight digits from your email.

What will be deleted

Your Reader login and profile, registered account-device records, active book-access records, and account-linked support conversations and messages will be removed from the account system. You will no longer be able to sign in to that account.

What will remain

  • Separate purchase and license evidence. Limited records, including a protected identifier derived from your purchasing email, book and order references, purchase status and dates, remain for accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and restoring eligible purchases after a future account verifies the same purchasing email. These records do not preserve your Reader login.
  • Website and payment-provider order records. Deleting your Reader account does not delete these separate records.
  • Anonymous installation identities. These are not linked to your Reader account and are outside account deletion.
  • Downloaded books and audio. These remain on your devices. Remove them using the app's download controls or remove the app's local storage separately.

Deleting an account on this website does not immediately erase locally cached account information from every device. Server access to the deleted account is revoked.
